The 管理 major prepares students to be effective managers capable of adding value to a wide range of organizations and business contexts. 学生 learn versatile skills such as problem solving, 沟通, cross-functional thinking, 领导, 道德, 和团队合作. This program involves course work in the traditional functional areas of business, as well as management courses that provide the appropriate approaches and development skills to lead people and manage projects.

创业, 创新, and Technology 管理 (EIT)

The EIT option prepares students to take an entrepreneurial approach to building and enhancing organizations. This option is also great for students who intend to run their own businesses.

人力资源 管理 (MHR)

The purpose of the MHR option is to provide general managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to systematically manage people and human resource processes to help to achieve group and organizational effectiveness.

管理咨询 & 分析(MCA)

The MCA option provides students with a solid background and cutting‐edge skills that will further strengthen their ability to succeed in their careers in general management consulting.
